There are no full time staff members working for TAPPS.  Administrative functions are carried out by both private and police resources.
Information alerts, crime analysis, and police specific training is prepared by officers of the Toronto Police Service from within their fields of expertise, on their own time.  Similarly, TAPPS members contribute their own alerts, information, and shared postings through their access to the web tool.  Additionally, they contribute presentations and training materials when called upon.
Arrangements required for training venues, including equipment for presentations, refreshments, agendas, invitations, moderators/ facilitators, etc are all shared between TAPPS members hosting the training session and the police. There has been no shortage of cooperation in this regard.
